The food is tasty – chicken or beef casserole with new potatoes and vegetables (there’s a vegetarian alternative) and the company’s congenial. Chesham Branch Curry Night with Matt Vickers MP 22nd October 2026 7pm-9pm Chesham Conservatives Curry Night is from 6:30pm at Chesham Tandoori, 48 Broad St, Chesham HP5 3DX. We are particularly pleased to welcome Matt Vickers MP as our special guest. Matt is one of the Conservative Party’s most energetic campaigners. At a General Election in which the national tide was very firmly against us, Matt bucked the trend and secured 20,372 votes to win Stockton West, defeating Labour and retaining his seat. Since then, Matt has become an increasingly prominent voice for the Party. As Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party and a Shadow Minister, he is regularly front and centre putting forward the Conservative case, whether campaigning on the ground or taking the argument to our opponents through the media. Those who have heard Matt speak will also know that he is refreshingly candid. He is prepared to speak plainly about where we are as a Party, the lessons we need to learn and, crucially, what Conservatives need to do to start winning again. I think that will make for a particularly interesting discussion, and I am sure Matt will enjoy taking your questions.
Gerrards Cross Branch Dinner with Andrew Griffith MP 3rd November 2026 7pm for 7.30pm You are all invited to attend the Gerrards Cross Branch Annual Dinner with recently appointed Shadow Chancellor, Andrew Griffith MP. It is being held at a venue in Gerrards Cross. Tickets are £59.50 per person for a two course meal and £39.50 for Young Conservatives. Tickets can be purchased HERE. Andrew has been MP for Arundel and South Downs since 2019. Prior to this he had a successful career in business, serving as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Sky, as well as chairman of Just Eat. This is certain to be a popular event, so we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.
