Jonathan, his wife Jenny and their three children have lived in Chalfont St Peter since 1987. Their children attended the Chalfont St Peter First and Middle Schools before Chesham High and Dr Challoner’s. Jonathan is a writer and PR consultant and was elected as a Central Ward member in 2012. In 1997 he set up the press office for Business for Sterling, the organisation which led the successful anti-euro campaign. At consumer watchdog, Energywatch, he managed the campaign to force the energy industry to ban doorstop selling of ‘switching’ contracts. In his spare time, Jonathan is a director of the Chalfont St Peter Community Centre and a member of the Chalfont St Peter Library Writers Group. He is also a former member of Denham Air Training Corps’ civilian committee and an Amersham Hospital Visitor.
